Our Mission Statement

The Daughters of St. Colette (DOSC) is a parish organization dedicated to the three "S's," the pillars of our organization: SpiritualService and Social.  We celebrate our catholic faith through programs, social events and fundraisers that benefit and enhance the spirituality of the Church and community.

If you have any questions about DOSC and what we are all about please contact our President, Lillian Morisky at (216) 534-1948

Membership is still only $5.00** per year, and open to women of good faith.
**Dues are waived and honorary membership is granted to anyone who was born in 1938 or prior.

40th Anniversary

On February 7th, we celebrated the Feast of our church patron, St. Colette of Corbie. We are grateful for her inspiration and life. St. Colette, pray for us!

It was 40 years ago that Bishop James A. Hickey of the Diocese of Cleveland announced that there would be a new parish in Brunswick, Ohio: “The Church of St. Colette.” St. Colette, pray for us!

Please remember our Poor Clare Colettine nuns on Rocky River Drive in Cleveland.  They keep us ever in their daily prayers for our intentions.

We are privileged to have St. Padre Pio’s chalice available to us this week. Father Krizner will use the chalice at the 7:00 pm Mass on Tuesday, February 6th and the 11:00 am Mass on Wednesday, February 7th. Following these Masses, there will be a special St. Padre Pio Blessing during which each person will have the opportunity to hold the chalice and to privately place his/her request in the hands of St. Padre Pio.

The Blessing and holding of the chalice will also take place following “Thank you for My Hidden Treasure” prayer service on February 7th (7:00 pm). The chalice will be used at 8:00 am Mass at St. Martin’s in Valley City on Friday, February 9th. All are welcome to participate in any of these events.

“Come as a stranger, leave as a friend.”
