Registration for VBS 2025 for our friends in Pre K through Grade 5 for 2025 is now OPEN! Please review the details below to sign up for our week of summer fun in faith! Thank you for participating in our best week of summer at St. Colette!

Please have your children wear tennis shoes or safe play shoes each day as they will be doing physical activities throughout the week. No flip-flops.

On Friday, July 11, there will be a special prayer service for students, parents and family members at 10:15AM in the Lower Hall with a reception to follow. We hope that you will join us! Pick-up time will be between 11:00 and 11:15 on Friday. Registration closes July 2nd. Please have your completed registration form and payment by then.

Sunday, July 13th at 10AM Mass, the children are invited to wear their VBS t-shirts and will sing the theme song from Wilderness Adventure with Music Ministry. Please plan to join!!

Media Release and Consent Form: We recognize the value of audio-visual and digital technologies in our parish communications and hereby grant permission for our child(ren) and/or his/her projects to be published, photographed or recorded in written and electronic format as part of the church’s publications by the church office or one or more ministries of the church. We grant permission for St. Colette Catholic Church to publish, without fee or consideration to parent or child, the photographs or recorded work of our child(ren) to be used in parish-related and public documents or platforms (i.e. social media) that are available to the general population through the church’s website, Facebook account or written publications such as the weekly bulletin. We understand that our child(ren)’s image, likeness, name, projects, grade and age based on activity or ministry may be revealed in the presentation(s), but that no other information about our child(ren) or his/her projects will be revealed without prior consent of at least one parent of such child. Any and all media created by St. Colette Catholic Church with any and all such images, likenesses, names, projects, and related works shall be and remain the copyrighted works of St. Colette Catholic Church. Further, the undersigned acknowledges that St. Colette Catholic Church shall have no liability whatsoever for any subsequent publication or dissemination of any such published images, photographs, materials, and/or student-related data by any one or more third parties once published in written or electronic format by St. Colette Catholic Church.

I, being the parent/legal guardian and having legal custody of above listed child(ren), a minor, do hereby consent to said child participating in activities and related trips of St. Colette Catholic Church. I do hereby release, discharge and exonerate St. Colette Catholic Church, and all persons acting as teachers or sponsors on said activities and trips from any liability whatsoever resulting from personal injury to said minor or damage to property of said minor which may occur at said activities or trips or connection therewith. I do hereby certify that I assume full responsibility and liability for any acts committed by said minor during activities, and trips related thereto resulting in injury or damage to the property of another. I do hereby acknowledge that I understand that this release is being relied upon by St. Colette Catholic Church of Brunswick, Ohio, and teachers or sponsors accompanying the children on said trips and activities; and without this instrument being executed by me, said minor would not be permitted to attend field trips nor engage in activities related thereto. I, do hereby authorize the officials of St. Colette Church to contact directly the person named in this authorization, and do authorize below listed physician/hospital to render such treatment as may be deemed necessary in an emergency, for the health of said child. In the event physicians, other persons named in the authorization or parents cannot be contacted, the church officials are hereby authorized to take whatever action is deemed necessary in their judgment, for the health of the aforesaid child. I will not hold St. Colette Catholic Church financially responsible for the emergency care and/or transportation for said child.

Cost is $40 for the first child, $35 for the second child, and $90 for a family of three or more children. Please make checks payable to St. Colette with “Vacation Bible School” in the memo line.

Payment (cash or check) can be dropped off at the Parish Office:
