Weekend of 6/1 & 6/2

Around Easter, Father Krizner added a new furry member to our Parish Family and her name is Cotton. With summer upon us, Father was looking for an outdoor play pen for Cotton and parishioner, Stan Joswick, made that a reality! Thanks for all your hard work Stan!

Weekend of 6/8 & 6/9

A note from Father on his 40th Anniversary of Priesthood:

“As I come to this milestone I do so with the realization that all that we can do in life is try our best to serve God and to serve His Church. There will always be mistakes along the way, there will always be shortcomings, and there is always a cross to carry. It is by the grace of God that we arrive at ‘what He wants us to do’ and only through the grace of God can we carry out His calling.

Thank you for allowing me to be your pastor and for your faithfulness. Thank you for living your faith and caring for one another. In my 12 years here at St. Colette, I have met the most remarkable people and I have seen the sacrifice and dedication that you have shared with this parish. As I celebrate 40 years I invite you to a celebration of your own selves as well. We are witnesses for Christ and we share together in that mission.”

Weekend of 6/15 & 6/16

Mrs. Julie Tomaselli visited Rome recently. She took well wishing letters to Pope Francis from her PSCF class. Here is the response that was sent to her:

Weekend of 6/22 & 6/23

WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED by the Bishop for Phase One of our plans for PROJECT ENDEAVOR. This approval means we can move forward with some interior changes within the present building: Moving the restrooms out of the cry room—some design changes in the present offices all in preparation for the actual construction of the new building. As we move forward we will keep you informed of our progress and construction changes. All of this is only possible because of your generosity. Thank you ever so much. This will be a careful and slow progress—step by step—but the final outcome will be a grand addition to our Church. Stay tuned!

Weekend of 6/29 & 6/30

Rummage Sale weekend

Thank you to Stan Joswick and his team of volunteers for leading another successful Rummage Sale! The funds gained go towards our ever expanding Catholic Education/PSCF programs.
